Navel has extensive hands-on experience in providing both clinical and administrative support in Family Practice since 2016. She successfully completed her Medical Office Assistant (MOA) diploma with honors at Robertson College.
Navel is enthusiastic about her MOA role and loves interacting with patients daily to help them navigate the healthcare system in a seamless manner. She is compassionate in her approach to patient care and interactions and works tirelessly to find common ground to meet patients, their family members and loved ones at the points of their needs.
She is very dedicated to making routine office tasks as efficient as possible.
